With more than 28 years of valuable experience working in the food and beverage industry, Paul manages the front of the house for 13moons, which entails everything from bussing tables to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the busy restaurant. He has been working in the industry since he was 14 years old, and has had just about every restaurant job there is. Before joining the Swinomish team, Paul was the general manager for Deception Distilling, where he strengthened brand awareness and helped boost customer engagement. He has accumulated extensive knowledge of the most successful restaurant practices around. Placing high importance on staff morale and guest feedback, he is dedicated to continually improving the dining experience. Whether his guests are enjoying a cocktail, appetizer or dinner, Paul wants to ensure they are extremely satisfied before they walk out the door. Paul is proud of everything that 13moons currently offers, and he closely collaborates with his kitchen and service teams to further improve the overall atmosphere and guest experience.
