Blazin’ Bronco Guidelines

Guest Guidelines:

1. Membership is free.

2. Guests must meet the minimum age requirement to participate.

3. All winners must present photo identification that is acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge.

4. Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form prior to disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.

5. Guests must visit during the designated time frame(s).

6. Guests must be present to win.

7. Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.

8. Guests must be actively playing on a slot machine to be eligible to win a hot seat drawing.

9. Guests must earn 250 points to receive one drawing entry. No limit on entries.

10. Guest is responsible for visiting the Promotional Kiosk before 11:59 pm each day to submit drawing entries.

11. Guests may receive one free entry into the grand prize drawing on September 24, 2023.

12. The grand prize winner may accept the vehicle or take the $21,000 cash alternative.

13. The winner may visit the dealership to customize a vehicle of their choice, for up to $40,000. Any additional cost thereafter will be at the customer’s expense.

14. Guest is responsible for the vehicle tax, licensing, and processing fees.

15. Winner(s) are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as any additional dealership fees.

16. The vehicle prize will be available at the Anacortes Ford dealership only.

17. Current employees, agents, successors or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.

18. Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

19. Participation in the promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance of all rules.

20. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior written notice.

21. All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
