Years with Swinomish Casino & Lodge:
Too many to choose from! I suppose my real focus is using the freshest and most local product available. For instance, currently, our Chef in 13moons is receiving a beautiful Halibut that is line caught just off the coast of Washington. It’s delicious!! When it comes to beverages, I am a big fan of red wines, New England style IPA’s, and the very occasional Negroni!
On my days off I prefer golfing, spending time with the dogs, and/or doing whatever my wife needs to be done! Being new to the area, I love to drive around to familiarize myself with the different areas and try new restaurants.
What do you love most about working at Swinomish Casino & Lodge:
I enjoy meeting new people. Both of our internal and external guests. I will always do my best to make my area(s) successful and assist others when needed. My goal is to not only make the Casino exceed expectations but to help make the entire Swinomish Community successful any way I can.
