Seeking Support? (How to Submit a Need)

If you or your family have a need this Christmas season, we encourage you to submit a request. Your needs will be placed, anonymously, on an ornament on our giving tree, which is located in the Employee Dining Room (EDR).

Complete the form located in the EDR near the Christmas tree. Submit the completed form to HR.

Requests must be submitted by December 11, 2025.
Your confidentiality is our top priority; HR will handle all submissions and distribution discreetly.

Want to Give Back? (How to Fulfill a Request)

We invite team members who wish to spread some holiday cheer to participate by fulfilling a request from the tree:

1. Select an Ornament: Take an ornament from the Giving Tree, located in the EDR.
2. Fulfill the Request: Purchase the item(s) listed on the ornament.
3. Return to HR: Bring the unwrapped items along with the original tree ornament to HR. No later than December 19, 2025.

HR will then distribute the fulfilled requests to the requesting team members.
