Department: Finance

CAGE CASHIER
Responsible for obtaining and balancing impress bank daily.  Performs and records cash, chips and other negotiable transactions in support of Gaming operations.  Must provide excellent Customer Service and perform even exchanges efficiently and in a courteous manner.

Department: Security

SECURITY OFFICER
Responsible for the physical assets and provides a safe environment to the Casino and Lodge staff and guests.

SURVEILLANCE TECHNICIAN
To ensure the security and safety of the customers, employees, cash and physical assets by ensuring Storage Solution is on-line. Verifying all cameras are recording and in compliance with the Compact and approved Internal Controls.

SECURITY OFFICER EMT
Protects and ensures the integrity of the Casino as a whole. Responsible for the physical assets and provides a safe environment to the Casino staff and Casino guests. 

Department: Valet

VALET SUPERVISOR
In addition to performing all aspects of the Valet Attendant duties, the Valet Supervisor also acts as a liaison between the Valet Manager and the Valet staff for all valet and shuttle service operations by performing the following duties.

VALET ATTENDANT
The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to each guest arriving and departing the casino entrance.

BINGO FLOOR CLERK
Bingo Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Calling bingo, Selling  bingo cards and machines both at the register and on the floor.

CUSTODIAN
Custodian ensures that all areas of casino are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe.

ENGINEER I
The Engineer I will assist guests with maintenance requests, identify problems and perform various room preventative maintenance tasks.

ENGINEER II
The Engineer II will assist guests with maintenance or other requests, identifying and correcting the problem. Responsibilities also include performing various work order tasks and preventative maintenance on equipment.

ELECTRONIC GAMING CLERK
Provides the very best guest service. Greets guests and assists in explaining how to play the Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) and Electronic bingo games.

SNACK BAR HOST
The Snack Bar Host will be responsible for preparing salads, sandwiches, dressings, compotes, and vegetables behind a pantry counter as needed and will also supply the needs of the customers.

CART ATTENDANT
The Cart Attendant will meet and greet all customers while meeting their golf cart needs. The Cart Attendant’s primarily responsibility is to inspect the condition of golf carts with specific attention to cleanliness and appearance.

GROUNDSKEEPER
The Groundskeepers, under the supervision of the manager or senior groundskeeper, will be responsible for maintaining the golf course.

HOST / HOSTESS / CASHIER
Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons by performing the following duties.

BUSSER
The busser is responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the dining area which includes setting tables, clearing tables, restocking...

COCKTAIL SERVER
Efficiently and accurately takes and delivers orders while possessing excellent interpersonal service skills with a friendly and professional...

BANQUET SERVER
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to provide table maintenance, room set-up and tear down for Banquet events.

SPORTS BAR TABLE SERVER
Efficiently and accurately takes and delivers orders while possessing excellent interpersonal service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

BARTENDER
The Bartender mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons.  The bartender must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills.

BANQUET DISHWASHER
The dishwasher position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc...

SERVER
Serves meals to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties.

BAR BACK
The Bar Back assists the Bartender and Servers in the orderly operation of the bar and lounge, restocking items as needed, assisting with cleanup, bussing tables and running food orders. 

13MOONS DISHWASHER
The dishwasher position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc.

COOK I
Prepares, seasons, and cooks food for consumption for our different eating venues. Responsible for preparing the preparation of food as directed to be served complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.

TEAM MEMBER SUPPORT
The primary function of a Server Support is to cashier and to cater to other casino team members.
