UFC Ticket Giveaway Guidelines
- Membership is free.
- Guests must meet the minimum age requirement to participate.
- All winners must present photo identification that is acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge.
- Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form before disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.
- Guests must visit during the designated time frame(s).
- Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.
- Guests must bet $50 on any sporting event to receive one drawing entry. There is no limit to the number of entries. Winners are limited to one set of tickets each.
- Current employees, agents, successors, or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.
- Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
- Participation in the promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance of all rules.
- Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior written consent.
- All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
