Grand Slam Ticket Giveaway Guidelines

1. Membership is free.

2. The guest must meet the minimum age requirement to participate.

3. All winners must present photo identification acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge.

4. Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form before disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.

5. Guests must visit during the designated time frame(s).

6. Guests must be present to win.

7. Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.

8. Guests can receive one free entry on October 24. Must visit a Promotional Kiosk and submit the free entry before 6pm.

9. Guests must earn 750 points to receive one drawing entry. There is no limit on entries.

10. Guests can earn one bonus entry by wagering $100 at the BetRivers at Swinomish Sportsbook cashier counter. Kiosk receipts can be verified for entries. No limit on entries.

11. The guest must visit the Promotional Kiosk before 11:59pm each day to submit earned drawing entries.

12. If Seattle does not make it to the World Series, the alternate prize will be $1500 in cash.

13. The winner, taking ownership of the tickets, cannot sell the tickets.

14. The winner(s) are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.

15. Current employees, agents, successors, or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.

16. Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

17. Participation in the promotion is a gift to the guest and implies acceptance of all rules.

18. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior or written notice.

19. All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
