Our continental breakfast features fresh fruit, steel-cut oatmeal, assorted pastries, freshly brewed coffee and juice. If your group requires a heartier breakfast, ask about our hot breakfasts. Our breakfast buffets offer scrambled eggs, house potatoes, bacon or sausage, and more. We also offer plated breakfast options, including smoked salmon frittata and our signature eggs benedict with Dungeness crab.


For lunchtime, we offer boxed lunches that include a variety of sandwich options, including chicken Caesar wraps as well as roast beef and classic club sandwiches. We also offer a variety of hot and cold lunch buffets. Build your own deli, with options for Mexican, Italian, or barbeque flavors. Plated lunch options are also available.


For dinner, we offer traditional Pacific Northwest cuisine, including Skagit River coho salmon, chicken marsala, and our famous slow-roasted prime rib, with international cuisine-inspired entrees as well. Dinner options also feature entree salads, a wide variety of decadent desserts and a large selection of specialty sauces for salmon dishes.
