PLAY FOR PRIZES GUIDELINES

OVERVIEW

Signature Rewards members may participate by earning 250 points between March 27 and March 31, then visiting the promotional area, located in the food court between 11am and 8pm on March 30 and 31 to collect a prize. Guests may redeem up to 2 prizes each day, 250 points per item. Points may be earned between 8am and 7:59pm, March 27 through March 31, 2022. Points earned restart after 8pm each day of the promotion. The items available will be from previous collections.

GUEST GUIDELINES

1. Membership is free.

2. Guest must meet minimum age requirement to participate.

3. All winners must present photo identification that is acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge.

4. Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form prior to disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.

5. Guests must visit during designated time frame(s).

6. Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.

7. Must earn 250 points from 8am to 7:59pm, March 27 through March 31, 2022. Points must be earned in one promotional day.

8. Guest is responsible for visiting the promotional booth after earning points to redeem prize.

9. Guest may redeem up to 2 prizes each promotional day.

10. Prizes may vary from illustrations displayed.

11. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.

12. Current employees, agents, successors or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.

13. Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

14. Participation in promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance to all rules.

15. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion at any time without prior written notice.

16. All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
