Super Senior Savings Guidelines

Guest Guidelines:

1. Guests must be 50 years or better to participate.

2. All winners must present photo identification that is acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge at the time they claim their prize.

3. Guests using Signature Rewards cards other than their own will be disqualified, as well as the account owner.

4. Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form prior to disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.

5. Guests must visit during the designated time frame(s).

6. Qualifying guests must swipe on Tuesday at a Promotional Kiosk to activate their 3X point multiplier.

7. Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.

8. Guest must be present and on the gaming floor to win.

9. Promo Play must be activated during the designated time frame and will expire 14 days after activation.

10. Dining Offer is valid during the promotional day. Guests must earn 250 points during the promotion or within the last seven days to activate the Dining Offer.

11. Winners are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.

12. Current employees, agents, successors or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.

13. Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

14. Participation in the promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance of all rules.

15. An alternative prize will be awarded if a virtual game or promotional kiosk malfunctions.

16. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior written notice.

17. All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
