SWINOMISH FOOTBALL PARTIES GUIDLEINES 2022

OVERVIEW

During the regular NFL season and playoffs on select Sundays when the Seahawks play, we will feature viewing parties in Swinomish Sports Bar & Grill. Guests can enter to win various prizes ranging from $5 up to $100. Raffle drawings may include gift cards, memorabilia, Promo Play, or lodge stays.

Guests can purchase football squares, participate in raffle drawings hosted by a third-party vendor and play a virtual game on a Promotional Kiosk. Signature Rewards members must be tagged and earn 250 points before midnight to play the virtual game for a chance to win up to $100 in Promo Play.

One virtual gameplay per game day. Must earn 250 points before and visit a Promotional Kiosk. Promo Play will be added to guest’s account and valid up to 14 days. Management reserves all rights.

GUEST GUIDELINES
1. Membership is free.

2. Guest must meet minimum age requirement to participate.

3. All winners must present photo identification that is acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge.

4. Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form prior to disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.

5. Guests must visit during designated time frame(s).

6. Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.

7. Promo Play must be activated during the designated time frame and will expire 14 days after activation.

8. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.

9. Current employees, agents, successors or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.

10. Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

11. Participation in promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance to all rules.

12. If a virtual game or promotional kiosk malfunctions, an alternative prize amount will be awarded.

13. Points must be earned between 8am and midnight.

14. Guest is responsible for visiting a Promotional Kiosk before midnight each day after earning 250 points for a chance to win up to $100 in Promo Play.

15. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion at any time without prior written notice.

16. All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
