The Faces of 13moons: Meet Franny!

Franny appreciates the chance to work in a supportive environment that fosters creative chefs and positive attitudes, so 13moons is a perfect fit for her. Her coworkers come to work dedicated each day, and the management team works with them to make sure the chefs and front-of-the-house team have what they need to be happy and work efficiently. When it comes to the food, Franny always suggests that guests try her favorite dish: the Dungeness Crab Crusted Halibut. The key to preparing such tasty food is having the right chefs and ingredients. “Our seafood is always fresh and never frozen. And our chefs are very good at their job — they always know what they’re talking about and cook even the most delicate fish perfectly every time.” Outside of work, Franny spends time showing horses and traveling out of state to participate in English dressage and jumping competitions.
